- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to consultation with the administrator.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm).

- Lounge: Free use (while respecting quiet hours).

- Gym: Access available with facial registration (6am to 11pm).

- Laundry: Reservations required at the front desk (24h).

- Coworking: Access available with facial registration (8am to 9pm).

- Game room: Access available with facial registration (8am to 9pm).

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco cafeteria: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm).

LINENS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies for stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit has an extra bed available to accommodate one child up to 5 years old at no extra charge. Linens not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes and transporting luggage.

- Wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or being shirtless is not allowed in the common areas of the property.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area available on the property before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

- The property features a charming cafeteria, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet style or à la carte. A convenient and tasty alternative to start the day or have a meal without leaving the property.

PROHIBITED:

- Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or in common areas.
