RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of a photo ID (front and back).

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (5am to 11pm)

- Gym: Access with tag (6am to 11pm)

- Coworking: By reservation. For more information, check at the front desk (8am to 11pm)

- Laundry: By reservation. For more information, check at the front desk (8am to 11pm).

- Lounge: Free use (respecting quiet hours).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 for each damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) change are provided only once, upon entry to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- No visitors allowed.

- Use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to circulate in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have luggage storage. It is not possible to store suitcases before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out windows, balconies, or in common areas.
