CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3 pm.

- Check-out: until 12 pm.

- From 12 pm to 3 pm: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the manager.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24-hour reception.

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm).

- Lounge: Free use (please respect quiet hours).

- Gym: Access upon visual registration (6am to 11pm).

- Laundry: Reservation required at the front desk (24 hours).

- Coworking: Access upon visual registration (8am to 9pm).

- Game room: Access upon visual registration (8am to 9pm).

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco café: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen exchange (bed and bath) are carried out only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage at the property for bags before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or a la carte. A convenient and tasty option to start the day or have a meal without leaving the premises.
