RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same procedure is required for each guest.

- This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: 12:00 PM.

- The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest.

- To request an early check-in, please contact the property manager to check availability.

COMMON AREAS:

- Swimming Pool: located on the rooftop (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Gym: Access with visual registration (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Laundry: located in the basement. Usage information available at reception (24 hours).

- Mini Market: located in the basement (24 hours).

- Pub: located in the basement (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Beach item rental: available for payment and reservation at reception.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen exchange (bed and bath) are carried out only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothing and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimsuits, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balcony, or common areas.
