RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same procedure is required for each guest.

- This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: 12:00 PM.

- The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest.

- To request an early check-in, please contact the property manager to check availability.

- We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in common areas.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

- Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.

- Cancellations requested less than 15 days in advance or on the check-in day: no refund will be given.

COMMON AREAS:

- Swimming pool: located on the rooftop (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

- Gym: Access upon visual registration (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

- Laundry: located in the basement. Usage information at the reception (24 hours).

- Mini Market: located in the basement (24 hours).

- Pub: located in the basement (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

- Beach item rental: available for an extra charge and reservable at the reception.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon arrival at the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas in inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the key tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuing and regaining access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing trash through the windows, balcony, or common areas.

- Rotating parking spots, subject to availability.
