BOOKING PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, a photo ID image (front and back) will be required.

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to availability and confirmation with the management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and in common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24 hour front desk service.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Pool: Located on the Ground Floor (8am to 10pm).

- Noa Space: Free use (8am to 10pm).

- Barbecue area: Reservation required at the reception (8am to 10pm).

- Gym: Key available at the front desk (24 hours).

- Kids' playroom: Key available at the front desk (8am to 10pm).

- Game room: Key available at the front desk (8am to 10pm).

- Playground: Free use for children up to 12 years old (8am to 10pm).

- Laundry: OMO app download required (24 hours).

- Mini market: Located on the Ground Floor (24 hours).

LINENS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged piece; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are performed only once, at the time of check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk through the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In the event of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have a luggage storage area. It is not possible to store suitcases before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items in the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or in common areas.
