- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID (front and back).

- This also applies to all guests.

- This is a safety measure. We prioritize your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

USE OF COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: located on the rooftop (8:00 am to 10:00 pm).

- Laundry: Reservation and payment of a fee at the front desk are required.

- Restaurant: Adjacent to the front desk (11:30 am to 9:30 pm, Wednesday to Monday).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor rags to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine for each damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are only performed once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes and when transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

The space serves lunch and dinner, with a diverse à la carte menu, as well as delicious desserts and snacks. PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on window sills.

- Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or in common areas.
