CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: Open to the public (6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.).

PARKING:

- Rotating spots, subject to availability.

LINEN PACKAGE:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests included in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are performed only once, upon entry to the accommodation.

- Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through common areas of the property wearing inappropriate clothing such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property has a storage area for luggage before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options.
