CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

- Kids’ playroom: Key available at reception (24h).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 bath mat.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) change are done only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissuance and accommodation access.

- In case of damages, the replacement value for the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area for luggage before check-in; items left are the guest’s responsibility.
