- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels as per the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths. Damaged pieces will incur a penalty of BRL 100.00 per item, the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Linen and towel change and cleaning are provided only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or when transporting luggage.

- Circulating in the common areas in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless, is not allowed.

- A penalty of BRL 80.00 will be charged in case of loss of access tag or key for replacement and access to the accommodation.

- If any items are damaged, the value for replacement will be charged.

- There is a storage area for luggage before check-in. The items left are the responsibility of the guest.
