BOOKING PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, a photo ID image (front and back) will be required.

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to availability and confirmation with the management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and in common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24 hour front desk service.

- Swimming Pool: Located on the Ground Floor (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Noa Space: Free use (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Barbecue Area: Reservation required at reception (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Gym: Key available at the front desk (24 hours).

- Playroom: Key available at the front desk (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Game Room: Key available at the front desk (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Playground: Free use for children up to 12 years old (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Laundry: Download the OMO app to use (24 hours).

- Mini Market: Located on the Ground Floor (24 hours).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests specified in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths; a fine of R$100.00 will be charged for each damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) exchange are carried out only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and accommodation access.

- For damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not have a luggage storage facility. Bags cannot be stored before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on the window.

- Throwing waste out of the windows, balcony, or in common areas.
