Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item will be applied. The same applies to stained sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Cozy space for 4 people.

The unit is autonomous and not a hotel, so breakfast is NOT included in the daily rate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in date: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the 1st floor.

Hours of use: from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, no scheduled maintenance days for the pool.

Note: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a R$50.00 fine will be charged for re-entry, as it may require calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new key.

By booking, you will also have access to the building’s common areas: Pool, Gym, Coworking (with prior booking at reception), Lounge, Kids' Room, and Rooftop — ensuring leisure and wellness options for everyone.

BEDDING & TOWELS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a R$100.00 fine per item if towels are misused.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and change of bed/bath linen are performed only once — at check-in.

Access to Gym and Pool as common areas.

Any issues with cleaning must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying items in the window.

Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or common areas.

DAILY RATES:

May vary depending on demand.

PARKING:

Rotating, subject to availability.
