RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID image (front and back).

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 pm onwards.

- Check-out: until 12:00 pm.

- From 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

- Pool: Located on the 1st floor (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM)

- Gym: Access with key from reception (24 hours)

- Coworking: Access with key from reception (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM)

- Lounge: Open use (please respect quiet hours)

- Rooftop: Open use (please respect quiet hours)

- Kids’ playroom: Access with key from reception (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM)

BEDDING AND TOWELS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths. A fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged for each damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) exchange are provided only once, at the time of check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit has an extra bed available to accommodate one child up to 5 years old at no additional cost. Bedding is not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- If you lose the access key or tag, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and to regain access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the item will be charged.

- The property does not have a luggage storage area. It is not possible to store bags before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Do not hang items in the window to dry.

- Do not throw waste out of the windows, balconies, or in common areas.
