- Check-in: from 3 PM.

- Check-out: until 12 PM.

- From 12 PM to 3 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the management.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet for the bed, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fee of R$ 100.00 per damaged item, the same applies to stained sheets.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) exchange are provided only once, at check-in.

- Any issues with cleaning must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas in inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuing and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage available before check-in. Items stored are the guest's responsibility.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A convenient and tasty way to start the day or have a meal without leaving the premises.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
