LINEN SET:

- Consists of 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests stated in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths; avoiding a fine of R$ 100.00 for each damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen/towel replacement is done only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed

- The service elevator should be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through common areas in inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a baggage storage facility for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.
