- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco cafe: open to the public (6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

BED AND BATH LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests included in the reservation, as well as 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are carried out only once, at the time of check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk around the common areas in inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and new access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area at the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

- The property has a charming cafe, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A practical and delicious alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the premises.
