- Check-in: from 3:00 pm.

- Check-out: until 12:00 pm.

- From 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to inquiry with the administrator.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Laundry: By reservation at the reception (24 hours)

- Coworking: Access with visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

- Game room: Access with visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco café: open to the public (6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.)


LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests specified in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Please do not use the body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item; the same applies for stained sheets.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, upon entry to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visits are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk through the shared areas of the property in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area available before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet-style or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative to start the day or have a meal without leaving the premises.


PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
