LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths; otherwise, a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item will be charged. The same applies to stained sheets.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) change are done only once, at check-in.

- Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes and for carrying luggage.

- Circulating in the common areas in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt, is not allowed.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage service available before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.
