CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3 PM.

- Check-out: until 12 PM.

- From 12 PM to 3 PM: period for cleaning and preparation.

- Early check-in: subject to administrator approval.

- Gym: Access via facial recognition (6am to 10pm).

- Coworking: Available upon payment of a fee. Check at the front desk (24h).

- Lounge: Free use (respecting the quiet hours).

- Kids' playroom: Access with a key from the front desk (24h).

- Mini market: Access requires an app (24h).

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths. A penalty of R$ 100.00 per damaged item will be applied; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the building in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage room in the building for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.
