Intermares is a neighborhood located in Cabedelo, in the Metropolitan Region of João Pessoa, Paraíba. It is well known for its calm and crystal-clear waters, making it ideal for those who enjoy water activities such as stand-up paddle, kayaking, and relaxing sea baths. The beach is also famous for its natural pools formed by reefs, visible at certain times, providing a unique experience for visitors.
The infrastructure in Intermares is excellent, with various bars, restaurants, and kiosks along the shore, offering great options for leisure and dining for both tourists and locals. Being a quieter and less crowded beach compared to others in the area, it is highly sought after by those looking for rest and tranquility, without compromising on good infrastructure.
Moreover, Intermares is located near other famous beaches in Cabedelo, such as Ponta de Campina Beach and Jacaré Beach. Jacaré Beach, for instance, is known for its sunset accompanied by the sound of Ravel’s Boléro, one of the city's main landmarks.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Rules of Use DAMAGES AND FINES: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item will be applied. The same applies to stained sheets. ACCOMMODATION: Comfortable for up to 4 people. The unit is autonomous and not a hotel, therefore breakfast is NOT included in the daily rates. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: 100% refund. Cancellations requested 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in date: no refund. POOL: Located on the rooftop. Usage hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Currently, there are no scheduled maintenance days. In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a fine of R$50.00 will be charged, as we will need to call a locksmith and/or replace the tag/key. Additionally, by booking, you will have access to the building's shared areas: Pool, Game Room, and Kids’ Room – offering leisure and wellness options for all preferences. LINEN: Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom. Improper use of bath towels may result in a R$100.00 fine per item. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Cleaning and towel/linen change are done only once, upon check-in. Access to Pool, Game Room, and Kids’ Room as common areas. Any cleaning or organization issue must be reported immediately. Visitors are NOT allowed. Use the service elevator when carrying luggage or wearing wet clothes. PROHIBITED: Drying items in the window. Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or in common areas. DAILY RATES: May vary according to demand. PARKING: Fixed parking space.

📍 Upon arrival, before entering the garage, you must identify yourselves at reception.
