LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.

- Do not use the bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon check-in.

- Any issues with cleaning must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a baggage deposit available before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.
