LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine for each damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) changes are done only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.

- Report any cleaning issues immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- Wearing inappropriate attire in common areas, such as swimwear, underwear, or being shirtless, is not allowed.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, an R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissuing and accessing the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property provides a luggage storage area for use before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.
