CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24-hour reception.

- This unit does not provide internet access.

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm).

- Lounge: Free use (please respect quiet hours).

- Gym: Access with visual registration (6am to 11pm).

- Laundry: Reservation required at the front desk (24h).

- Coworking space: Access with visual registration (8am to 9pm).

- Game room: Access with visual registration (8am to 9pm).

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco café: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm).

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor mat.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.

- Any issues with cleaning must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothing and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas with inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of lost access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area available for guests before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the room rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the property.

PROHIBITED:

- Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or in common areas.
