IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are done only once, at check-in.

- Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas in inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of any damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or in common areas.
