- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to availability and confirmation with the management.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are provided only once, upon check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- Walking through common areas wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt, is not allowed.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for replacement and access reactivation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on the windows.

- Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.
