- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco cafeteria: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm)

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fee of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) changes are carried out only once, at the time of check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuing and regaining access to the lodging.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage facility at the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.

- The property features a charming cafeteria, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A practical and delicious option to start your day or have a meal without leaving the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or in common areas.
