CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3 PM onwards.

- Check-out: until 12 PM.

- From 12 PM to 3 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon request with the administrator.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6:00 am to 10:30 am and 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

LINENS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests specified in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) changes are carried out only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to circulate in the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area for luggage before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

Meals are not included in the daily rate and are available in buffet or à la carte format—a practical and delicious alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the premises.
