CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7 AM to 10 PM)

- Lounge: Free use (respecting quiet hours)

- Gym: Access with visual registration (6 AM to 11 PM)

- Laundry: Reservations required at the reception (24 hours)

- Coworking: Access with visual registration (8 AM to 9 PM)

- Game room: Access with visual registration (8 AM to 9 PM)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6 AM to 10:30 AM and 3 PM to 10 PM)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 for each damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon check-in.
- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- Walking through the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt is not permitted.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- Luggage storage is available at the property before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, which offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Meals are not included in the daily rate and are available as buffet or à la carte. A practical and tasty option to start the day or enjoy a meal without leaving the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
