- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- This applies to all guests as well.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

- Pool: Located on the 1st floor (7 AM to 10 PM)

- Gym: Accessed with a key at the front desk (24 hours)

- Coworking: Accessed with a key at the front desk (7 AM to 10 PM)

- Lounge: Open use (respecting quiet hours)

- Rooftop: Open use (respecting quiet hours)

- Kids Room: Accessed with a key at the front desk (7 AM to 10 PM)

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are only provided once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used for wet clothing and luggage transportation.

- Do not walk around common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of lost access tag or key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and accommodation access.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not offer luggage storage. It is not possible to store bags before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or in common areas.
