- Check-out: until 12 PM.

- From 12 PM to 3 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels based on the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon arrival in the accommodation.

- Report any cleaning issues immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or when transporting luggage.

- Do not walk in the property's common areas in inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of lost tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80,00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- Luggage storage is available on the property before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.
