RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, an image of a photo ID (front and back) will be requested.

- The same applies to all guests.

- This is a security measure. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (7:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

- Laundry: Available for a fee at the front desk (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

- Gym: Access keys at the front desk (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

BED AND BATH LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom.

- Do not use towels or sheets as floor cloths.

- Damaged or stained items: fine of R$ 100.00 per item.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and bed and bath linen changes are performed only once, at the time of check-in.

- Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes and luggage.

- Do not circulate in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In the event of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on the window.

- Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.
