RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use:

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

Located on the rooftop.

Hours of use: 7 AM to 8 PM.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

ATTENTION: Laundry service: 7 AM to 7 PM, available at reception for R$30.00.

By booking, you will also have access to the building's common areas: pool and gym (7 AM to 9 PM – key available at the building's reception), offering leisure and wellness for all preferences. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Damages and fines: In case of damage, the replacement value will be charged. Improper use of towels and sheets may incur a fine of R$100.00 per item.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cleaning and change of bed/bath linen are done only once, upon arrival.

Access to gym and pool as common areas.

Any cleaning/arrangement issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when carrying luggage or wearing wet clothes.

Drying items on windows.

Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.
