RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to provide a photo ID (front and back).

- This requirement applies to all guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- The period from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparation.

- Early check-in may be arranged upon request with the administrator.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Reception available 24 hours a day.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days or on the day of check-in: no refund.

COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (7 AM to 8 PM)

- Laundry: Available for a fee at the front desk (7 AM to 7 PM)

- Gym: Access keys at the front desk (7 AM to 9 PM)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use the bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to move through common areas in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- If access tags or keys are lost, there is a fine of R$ 80.00 for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- Any damages will be charged according to the replacement value of the damaged item.

- The property does not have a luggage storage. It is not possible to store suitcases before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or in common areas.
