- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to availability and confirmation with the management.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor mat.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item; the same policy applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) change are performed only once, at check-in.

- Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas with inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- If the access tag or key is lost, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the lodging.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area at the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.
